1. General Information
Eterna Luxury Villas offers luxury accommodation and related services in Greece. These Terms apply to all bookings made directly with us (via phone, email, or website) or through authorized booking partners.
2. Booking & Payments
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A deposit (usually 30–50% of the total amount) may be required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before or upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out: Until 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and subject to availability.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must use the property respectfully and in accordance with its intended purpose. Any damages, breakages, or losses caused by the guest must be reported immediately and may be charged accordingly.
5. Liability
Eterna Luxury Villas shall not be held liable for:
- Personal injury, loss, or damage to property during your stay.
- Temporary interruptions of utilities or services (e.g., water, electricity, internet).
Guests are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
6. Changes & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
