We understand that travel plans may change. Our policy aims to be fair to both guests and our business.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
- 50% of total booking fee will be charged if cancelled 15–29 days before arrival.
- 100% of total booking fee will be charged if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show.
2. Date Changes
Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 21 days prior to the original arrival date. Rate differences may apply.
3. Early Departure
No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused nights once the stay has begun.
4. Force Majeure
If your stay is affected by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, travel bans, or government restrictions, we will offer flexible rescheduling options or a credit for a future stay.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
